We're excited to support our undergraduate students' academic growth and professional development. If you're presenting your work at an academic conference, the Department offers a reimbursement of up to $250 to cover your expenses.

How to Apply:

1. Email the Director of Undergraduate Studies, Dr. James Tobias (james.tobias@ucr.edu) to express your interest.

2. Submit your receipts when applying for reimbursement. This is crucial for the Undergrad Committee to review and ensure fairness and consistency in the application process. 

Remember, you must first incur the expense and have your receipts ready for submission. This opportunity is designed to support your academic enrichment.

Please note, after approval, the award will be dispersed by Financial Aid directly to your student account.
